Employer Sponsered Visa

Are you intrigued by the idea of pursuing your career goals in Australia with the Australian Employer-Sponsored Visa? Let's delve into the details together.

The Australian Employer-Sponsored Visa is a unique pathway for skilled foreign workers
to join Australian companies. Under this visa, employers endorse the workers’ skills and
qualifications, helping fill job openings with international talent. This arrangement benefits
both the employer and the employee in pursuing their goals.

Here are several prevalent visa categories sponsored by employers:

Temporary Skill Shortage Visa (Subclass 482)

Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visa, subclass 482, empowers proficient international workers to contribute to the Australian workforce while also enhancing their own career prospects and experiences by enabling employers to sponsor proficient international workers to address temporary skill gaps within their workforce.

Employer Nomination Scheme (Subclass 186)

The Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) Subclass 186 offers a pathway for proficient workers to attain permanent residency in Australia through the nomination of their employer. Eligibility can be achieved through two distinct avenues:

  • Temporary Residence Transition Stream

This pathway is open to individuals who have held a temporary visa in Australia, such as a 457 or TSS visa, for a continuous period of at least three years with the same employer.

  • Direct Entry Stream

If you have not previously worked in Australia or have only had limited work experience in the country, you can opt for the "Direct Entry" stream. This route requires a positive skills assessment and an employer nomination as prerequisites for application
